With more than a decade of operational experience—including senior roles at Teck, Yancoal, and BHP—Mitchell brings firsthand insight into the challenges mines face today. Her career has spanned front-line supervision, control execution, and value delivery, with a consistent focus on integrating people and technology to elevate performance.
