Outliers Mining Solutions works closely with mining organizations around the world to understand their priorities, strengthen strategic relationships, and create sustainable value across complex operations.<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">We are excited to offer an opportunity for a <b>Global Key Account Manager<\/b> to join our team and become a trusted partner to key clients, coordinating relationships, insights, and opportunities across regions.<\/p><h2><strong>\u00c0 propos de ce poste<\/strong><\/h2><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">The Global Key Account Manager is responsible for coordinating Outliers Mining Solutions\u2019 commercial relationship with selected global mining organizations across regions, business units, and mine sites.<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">Working closely with Regional Directors, Practitioners, and other client-facing team members, the Global Key Account Manager co-creates and coordinates the strategy for each assigned global account, bringing together local knowledge, corporate relationships, commercial opportunities, and Outliers\u2019 capabilities.<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">Regional teams retain ownership of mine-site relationships and local opportunities. The Global Key Account Manager supports those teams through account intelligence, broader customer relationships, opportunity support, and coordination across the global account.<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">The objective is to deepen strategic relationships, increase the value Outliers delivers to key customers, and create sustainable growth across the account.<\/p><h2><strong>Principales responsabilit\u00e9s :<\/strong><\/h2><h4 style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Global Account Strategy &amp; Coordination<\/span><\/h4><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li>Maintain a current global account plan that brings together customer priorities, relationships, active engagements, opportunities, risks, and planned actions across regions.<\/li><li>Coordinate execution of the Key Account Strategy across regions while respecting regional ownership of mine-site relationships and opportunities.<\/li><li>Create visibility across Outliers so teams understand where the company is engaged, what has been learned, and where opportunities may exist elsewhere within the account.<\/li><li>Connect regional teams with relevant relationships, knowledge, expertise, and resources that can help them advance opportunities.<\/li><li>Facilitate regular account reviews to assess progress, identify priorities, and agree on coordinated actions.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><h4 style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Customer Relationships &amp; Value Creation<\/span><\/h4><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li>Develop a strong understanding of the customer\u2019s business, operations, strategic priorities, organizational structure, pressures, and decision environment.<\/li><li>Build and maintain corporate and executive-level relationships that complement existing regional and mine-site relationships.<\/li><li>Help customers explore business problems, implications, priorities, and opportunities before moving toward specific solutions.<\/li><li>Connect customer challenges to broader operational, financial, and strategic outcomes.<\/li><li>Bring relevant Outliers expertise and capabilities into customer conversations at the appropriate time.<\/li><li>Work with regional teams to develop solutions and approaches that create measurable value for the customer.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><h4 style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Commercial Growth &amp; Opportunity Support<\/span><\/h4><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li>Identify account-level growth opportunities by connecting insights and needs across the customer\u2019s operations.<\/li><li>Support Regional Directors and Practitioners in developing and advancing opportunities within their regions.<\/li><li>Monitor account performance, pipeline, revenue, customer engagement, and other agreed key account measures.<\/li><li>Provide leadership with a clear view of account progress, emerging opportunities, risks, and required actions.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><h2><strong>Comp\u00e9tences et qualifications requises :<\/strong><\/h2><h3 style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">Skills:<\/h3><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li>High personal credibility and integrity.
