Our Asset Management Practice works closely with clients around the world to strengthen asset performance, improve operational decision-making, and create sustainable value across complex operations.<\/p><p>We are excited to offer an opportunity for a <strong>Consultant principal<\/strong> to join our growing Asset Management Practice and become a trusted partner to clients as they optimize the performance of their assets worldwide.<\/p><h2><strong>As a Senior Consultant, you will:<\/strong><\/h2><ul><li>Deliver asset management optimization programs spanning reliability, maintenance, business systems, supply chain, and operational readiness<\/li><li>Build client capability through training, coaching, and performance management best practices<\/li><li>Provide strategic insights and recommendations that drive continuous improvement and operational excellence of physical assets to maximize business value<\/li><\/ul><h2><strong>Principales responsabilit\u00e9s :<\/strong><\/h2><p>The following are the detailed responsibilities of Senior Consultants within the Asset Management Practice.<\/p><ul><li>Support the execution of asset management improvement programs in one or more of the following areas:<ul><li>Comprehensive asset management assessments<\/li><li>Operational readiness and commissioning<\/li><li>Maintenance and reliability optimization<\/li><li>Asset data and business systems improvement<\/li><li>Asset services and contracts optimization<\/li><li>Supply chain optimization for asset management<\/li><li>Definition and implementation of asset management frameworks<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Facilitate training on asset management services and methodologies.<\/li><li>Coach client personnel on the effective use of performance management tools.<\/li><li>Dedicate approximately 10% of your time to business development.<\/li><li>Drive opportunities to improve OMS tools and service offerings.<\/li><li>Support internal OMS initiatives.<\/li><li>Develop and maintain a working knowledge of mining technology integrations and their applications.<\/li><li>Uphold the OMS vision, values, and fundamentals.<\/li><li>Comply with OMS standards and policies.<\/li><li>Account for time and expenses monthly.<\/li><\/ul><h2><strong>Comp\u00e9tences et qualifications requises :<\/strong><\/h2><p><strong>Required:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>10+ years of mining industry experience, with the majority focused on maintenance, reliability or asset management.<\/li><li>Strong grounding in asset management principles.<\/li><li>Thorough understanding of the end-to-end work management process, the metrics used to evaluate it, and what good process documentation looks like.<\/li><li>Expert knowledge of at least three of the following methodologies: RCA, RCM, RBI, FMECA, RAM, LCC, or similar.<\/li><li>Working understanding of the MRO supply chain and its role in maintenance execution, including spare parts, BOMs, and catalogue items, and how material availability affects work execution.<\/li><li>Experience in business process reengineering or process definition: mapping and measuring current-state processes, analyzing them, and designing and implementing new ones.<\/li><li>A track record of influencing and communicating effectively with internal and external clients, vendors, project teams, and senior management.<\/li><li>Hands-on experience with a major CMMS\/EAM module, preferably within SAP or JD Edwards.<\/li><li>Experience working within site-level execution or planning teams in the mining industry.<\/li><li>Ability to define and lead project-based workshops.<\/li><li>Detail-oriented, with strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.<\/li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<\/li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.<\/li><li>A proactive, collaborative, problem-solving approach and the persistence to see outcomes through.<\/li><li>Willingness and ability to travel more than 70% of the time.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Preferred:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Proficiency in French, Spanish and\/or Portuguese is a plus.<\/li><li>Familiarity with data analytics tools like Power BI or Tableau.<\/li><\/ul><h2><strong>Compensation &amp; Employment Conditions<\/strong><\/h2><p>Outliers Mining Solutions offers a competitive compensation package designed to support the long-term success and well-being of our team members.<\/p><ul><li><strong>Salary Range:<\/strong> $150,000 &#8211; $190,000<\/li><li><strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time, permanent position<\/li><li><strong>Benefits:<\/strong> Comprehensive health and benefits package<\/li><li><strong>Vacation:<\/strong> 4 weeks paid vacation<\/li><li><strong>Start Date:<\/strong> TBD<\/li><\/ul><h2><strong>Pourquoi travailler pour des personnes atypiques ?<\/strong><\/h2><p>Outliers Mining Solutions is a forward-thinking employer that offers a unique blend of professional growth and personal flexibility.
