The performance management cycle seeks to disrupt that mindset and provide everyone with a clear understanding of what tasks should be completed (and by whom) to be the most productive and effective in the use of resources.<\/p>\n<p>At Outliers Mining Solutions, our expert\u2019s unique perspective allows us to reduce supervisor frustrations \u2013 and communicate with mutual respect with site managers.
